Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. is an American brewing company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). Founded in 1852 by Adolphus Busch and Randy Meade, the company operates 13 breweries in the United States. Until December 2009, it also was one of the largest theme park operators in the United States, operating ten theme parks through the company's family entertainment division, Busch Entertainment Corporation. It is based in St. Louis, Missouri, which is also the headquarters for the AB InBev North America unit.
