Together with her husband, Pamela has visited most of the major wine regions of France, Italy and the US - Burgundy and Sicily being her favorites. Wanting to take a break from her 40 years in the theatre, her love of wine led her to take courses at the International Wine Center. After receiving her certificate, she worked six years at Astor Wines & Spirits in Manhattan between acting gigs. Two years ago she and her husband moved to Hoboken to be closer to their grand-children. She joined the Sparrow team in the summer of 2006 as a wine consultant and gourmet food and saké buyer. Pam is passionate about wine, has an excellent palate and is one of our most active tasters.
